Boooo Pitchfork Again

It's not as bad as yesterday. I would like to see several of the albums from 30-21 moved up. The Arcade Fire CD isn't that old, I think picking that is kind of cheap. No Ted Leo. The list is only saved by this quote from "Good News for....": "Mr. Brock has a gloriously bad voice (there's one SNL appearance that wasn't lip-synced) but an amazingly brave and weirdly festive one; it's like vomiting confetti."

For some reason pitchfork won't let me in. Maybe it's heard me whining about its crappiness. I'll get to it at lunch.

With you talking about the Grrres, and Courtney's friends talking about them, I rummaged through my briefscase for my scores. I can't find the subject scores, which pisses me off, but I got the reglar scores, which did me a whole lotta hell damn good.

GRE
Verbal - Raw: 640, Percentile: 90th
Quantitative - Raw: 630, Percentile: 53rd
Analytical Writing - 5.5, Percentile: 86th

Beat that! Apparently, they worry a lot about the percentile scores, because the numerical stuff can fluctuate year-to-year. This is dumb in a lot of instances, because the majority of people taking these are engineering students (Law take LSATs, Psych and other take GMATs). Hence, verbal brilliance is exaggerated, and quantitative mediocrity looks even dumber.

2+2=Derrida.

Wow. You're awesome? I don't think that there is a subject test that I'd have to take so that is nice. I think that my amazon stuff should show up today. So tonight we can read the childrens book I bought for my mom or watch "run ronnie run". I'll leave it up to you.

I think this guy is very old-timey. Will they be serving sassparilla at the games (angries up the blood ya know)? Will they let me bring my own penny candy or will I be forced to purchase one of their frankfurters? I guess the Senate members will just stroll down after work and watch the game through holes in the fence until the friendly constable shoo's them away.
