Those apartments looked pretty sweet, and some halfway affordable. Some of them looked like subletting situations, hopefully Bill Brockschmidt has some property on Capitol Hill.
Mike & Mike has turned into Sean Salisbury & Other Guy. Not good for anyone. It can pretty much be guaranteed that Skip Bayliss and Stephen A. will be guests this week to continue the crapitude.

Yeah, I was somewhat surprised at those apts. I just looked through Craigslist. Everything NW is super-expensive, and even the ones I sent may be out of range. I'm going to have to do some number crunching to see what I could realistically afford. I mean, I figure we could approach $1500/mth, but no way over that. Then there's parking to figure, etc. The initial outlay, if we were to move in, is what really hurts me. Theres no way I'll be able to throw down security deposit/etc. by June (May?). Perhaps we could get a 6 mth extension in the Dominion or something. I mean, play it by ear and and all. I just don't want to sacrifice much in order to move. Also, moving sucks.
On the plus side, those cap hill spots are blocks from RFK and olde timey basebally goodness.
As for subletting, the one south of the mall looked like that, and it's too expensive, but man, is that sweet or what? I sometimes get carried away and forget how little $$ I make. Also good to keep in mind these apts are available now, not in 5 months.
