Busy this morning eh? I guess you underestimated this guy's tie resolve. All these caveats; just wear the damn tie. I can think of a picture to go in that spot, by the way.

On a surprisingly related note, Felix (Feng) Cao and I are wearing the same tie this morning. Asian co-worker, tie related... weirded out.
I think his website making resolve is stronger than his tie resolve. My submission of the punkin' nipples photo was rejected for lack of tie. It was quite a busy morning. I'm going to sit in on a conference call at 10. So I'll probably spend the next half hour getting pumped up for that.

Also, to snobbily note, cufflinks should not be considered as a "tie alternative." In a business setting (some would say in all settings), one ought never to wear cufflinks unless also wearing a tie. Same goes for suspenders, which would look especially Mork/retarded sans tie. Moustache, on the other hand, is ok.
I suggest blowing him out by wearing a tie, suspenders, outrageous cufflinks (I have naked ladies), and a waxed moustache, to look like martin Sheen crossed with the guy from Deadwood.
Well, he is an idiot and wanted tie alternatives. I would never even think of wearing fantastic liquid level cufflinks sans tie. GASP! Suspenders will look especially stupid so I am encouraging him to do that.
I feel pretty great today, stationary biking shall continue. It was either that or the butter pie.
