How was the walk in the rain? It's possible some people drive when the weather's crappy - a lot of empty spaces this morning.
People upstairs, in addition to bathing at 10:30, have their AC on. It drips on my AC unit. It's loud. Something will have to be done.

The walk wasn't too bad, there's more cover than you would think. There is however a large puddle at the bottom of the exorcist stairs.
I have the same AC issue, I woke up a few times and couldn't figure out what that infernal racket was.
I think I'm going to Fairfax at like 6:30 or 7. You are welcome to join. I think I'm going to be fed, but was asked to bring wine.
What's gwine on in Fairfax? I might be game, but I certainly don't want to impose on the smug almost-marrieds.

I'm listening to a performance from the Kings of Convenience off KCRW. They first met when they were 10 years old but ended up running into each other later in high school. They formed the band through the following coversation:
King 1: "Hey weren't you that guy from the geography contest?"
King 2: "Yeah that was me, what're you doin now?"
King 1: "I play guitar."
King 2: "Oh, I just bought a guitar too, let's meet."
