Idiot control now..."

After he crashed the segue, did he get on the girl's bike?

I worry for the soul of Silver Spring daily. I'm concerned I may get a raise, and become one of "too many rich people." Phew, all this worrying makes me hungry. Let's go to Chipotle. No, Noodles and Co.! No, no, Panera Bread. Nevermind, let's just hit up Starbucks for a cop cup I can.

Really, there seems to be a lot of local stuff too. Moreso than Columbia, anyway. Eggspectation and Austin Grill are chains, but not mega-chains. There's that Lebanese place, and of course, the Quarry House. And everyone seems to acknowledge that the good restaurants are not Red Lobster.

Courtney leaves for Cali(fornia) tonight/tomorrow morning, so I'm going to head up there for dinner, and come back late.

With Hotel Rwanda and documentaries (by the way, try explaining to someone how excited you are about a documentary film fest. Not easy.) I look forward to spending warm summer days indoors.

I'm down. (with Sufjan Stevens, not R. Kelly. Why do they cover R. Kelly?)

Thuy did say we made more than enough to live at RCS. I wish I thought I made more than enough.

I appreciate the abundance of unique places compared to Columbia, and will probably never go to Red Lobster either. Trader Joe's is also in that medium sized, bobo chain category, which is fine with me.

I have had difficulty trying to explain that I'm excited about watching a bunch of documentaries, particularly one about the world's raunchiest dirty joke.

Meh, I don't see myself still being interested in Sufjan and his hippy friends in September or next week for that matter. I liken it to my apathy with regard to recent Bright Eyes concerts: "oh that happened....ah man.....i'm hungry."

Does anyone else cover R Kelly? Is it just Pitchfork and Vibe?

Fuller Ft Reno schedule. No Ted Leo, but still some tba's. Evens, French Toast and Travis "Mr. 0.0" Morrison would be on my list. The "about" page also asks for volunteers. I'm thinking about it in the greater interest of me leaving the apartment and.....ewwww....meeting people.....ewwww...people.

PF gave some reissue a 10.0 the other day. I was like, "That's so hindsight! Not fair!" I hate that.
I'm sure Mr. Morrison is better than 0.0 live.
I'll let you volunteer. I'm sure there's plenty of room for volunteers to go to the Mary Timony show.

Maybe I could valet park Mary Timony's flying dragon for her or go get some Famous Original Ray's Pizza with Ted Leo.

OK, I hadn't read up on ym Bill Simmons recently - moslty because he's been talking about the NBA a lot - but I just skimmed it and had people look at me weird because I was in my office, alone, apparently looking at my Outlook calendar.

Solid quote from his game diary: "9:07 – Longtime NBA fan Stevie Wonder plays the national anthem with his harmonica. Very cool. He'll also be reffing tonight's game with Dick Bavetta and Bennett Salvatore."
