I Feel Free

"Not worth it" can only begin to apply to the Cream reunion tickets. Even the Rolling Stones and Eagles are surprised.

Edie Sedgwick has filled the last remaining date at Ft Reno. You may remember him from Pitchfork's coverage. Should be......something.

Hey, those are for "Clapton will T-bag you" seats, though.

Pitchfork is in my head today. Or, rather, today's pitchfork is in my yesterday head. When I was talking about Four Tet (Scroll down to Sept. 19th past good shows and sample songs), I meant to say I would never bother seeing him live. And, for some reason, "Lust for Life" is filed with classical music on the ol' iPod, so I heard it a few times yesterday, and really focused on how great a line "I'm worth a million in prizes" is. I think.

I guess no relation to Kyra Sedgwick?

Zuh? Can you add movies to the Netflix queue before they're released in theaters?

You can add movies like that on Netflix and I just did.

I don't like it when Pitchfork tells me specifically that one of my most listened to CDs is obsolete. Jerks.

I'm sure you noticed, but some of Seu Jorge's Bowie covers are on the R5 page right above Four Tet.

And his fantastic originals!

Generally, John Vanderslice = +, Chinese Stars = -.

And Supersystem is opening for Q and perhaps U. I heard some lady named Edie Sedgwick is in that band! Full circle.

A couple Okkervil River songs are almost alt-country, but I don't think that's the direction they're going in with the new album (the one with the songs I like).

Here's For Real, which is kinda awesome.

The Answer Man offers only more questions about Mr. Six.

"Who is Mr. Six? 'He's our ambassador of fun.'"

Makes me want to kill people. Thier marketing office must be one of those cool offices where ideas can just hang out...and do whatever.
