North by Northwang

From imdb:
-Jessie Royce Landis played Thornhill's (Cary Grant's) mother, yet he was ten months older than her.
-Azlo, creepy sidekick Leonard was Martin Landau who continues to be creepy....and old.
-Cary Grant did not have male genetalia.

I'll probably get Bob Mould tickets at the 930 box office after work today.

Some Norm Chad from yesterday, which is pretty good because he makes fun of Univ of Tenn football. I too hate them for many reasons including him and this brainiac. Your defense is offensive, check out my butt.

If it weren't for my horse, I never would have spent that year in college. This is surely one of the most retarded things I have ever read about, I hate horse people, they creep me out, where is this idiot from anyway......oh crap, what happened to "Bel Air punk rock kids unite, to create a scene and keep it fighting, destory hate, prejudice, to educate and unite the kids".....and make glue.

In the ever-oddifying world of spam, I wonder who's paying these people (okay, programs) to post crap on blog comments. Seriously.

Good fact about the mother. I figured.

Martin Landau... man, has he mellowed.

GOod work on the Mould. One of yesterday's pitchfork reviews (Portastic, methinks) actually used the adjective "Mouldian." I don't think it was a compliment. Jerks.

I wish Tennessee was coached by this guy.

That horse article is amazing. I'm baffled. Someone call Lewis Black, his head will explode.

Spam gone.

I expect this guy will go into coaching soon.

Pitchfork is reeeeeally scraping the bottom of the barrel for news today. Don't watch dat, watch dees.

You mean theess?

That's odd. I have a track off the Madness covers album (You Keep Me Hanging On) - it sounds like a wedding band. Azlo, I had Hot Hot Heat and Wolf Parade songs come on a couple minutes apart. Neither was overly impressive. I'd rather see Mouldian (Sugar/Fugazi side project?? Let's start a rumor).

Pitchfork also kind of likes Death Cab and Supergrass. Yeah, those bands do alright.

Vanitatum (blog) has MMJ "Wordless Chorus."

Azlo, the Edi-thor in me is getting bitter at Pitchfork's constant back and forth on whether to include commas and periods in quotation marks setting off titles. Unless you're British, leave 'em in, dammit.

Ebay search for Greg Dulli and you can get keychains, pillowcases and other dumb teenage girl trinkets. What the hell?

Mouldian is pretty good, I hope they play Fort Reno next year.

I think David Brent has this one.

Dave Grohl-Satan may be a future contributor to our blog. The Janitor hasn't said much. He hasn't even called us girl-names.

Is this more rewatchable or less rewatchable than the Morrissey DVD?

Most of the songs I like are concentrated in "Encore 1."

Odd, both the Aeon Flux thing and Arrested Development appearance.

I saw that on GBV. Oh the drinking game possibilities!

I never liked Aeon Flux. In fact, who did?

Is it bad that I get this guy and this guy totally mixed up? One of them was funny in the first OC.

The same exact thing occurred to me today when I saw that Landis would be chatting. I get them mixed up for a moment but then remember that Landis is friends with Michael "The Original Wolf Eyes" Jackson and Harold Ramis used to be a skinny Ecto-Cooler drinker.
