The Washingtoners Footballing Club

Well, I listened to the second half of the game on the radio, so I still officially haven't seen the Redskins score a touchdown. Joe Gibbs is happy and Bill Parcells is mad, just like the world should be, except that Mark Brunell pretended he was an NFL quarterback for 3 and a half minutes, and that's just not right. They have great momentum going into this next.....bye week? Yay sports?

Vandersliz-ice is Oct 17th. We'll see. According to someone on 930, Brian Jonestown Massacre got all their vintage fuzzy 60's instruments stolen. I predict it will be Pitchfork's lead headline. Unless Devendra Banhart trims his beard....cuz that's news. Azlo, check out the 'peaky zee-a peak at z' on mmj's website when you get near a computer that you can use sound on.

The early spam gets the... nothin'. I liked this line, imagine it delivered by Kip: "It pretty much covers golf putters related stuff."

So, for the Redskins, the sky is... the limit? I meant to check out the MMJ Bosch-surgery preview, but it'll haveta wait til I get home.

Very accurate.

Sixeyes has an interview with Charles Bissel of Wrens fame and the girlady making the documentary. Mr. Bissel is verbose, and Ms. Yu compares the doc to "DiG!" and "Some Kind of Monster." Alright.

I bet he'd be high on the list of keychains sold on eBay too. That's very odd.

Wired tells us why shuffle is (isn't?) really random.

Stole that from stereogum, who also has a good picture of why my brith year does not rock, and a new mustache hero (singer from the Giraffes). I think it's generally considered poor form to directly link pictures from your blog, but if it's wrong, I don't want to be right.

Moustache and fingerless glove hero, they go hand-in-fingerless-hand.

A little too much mathematical logic in that article, it really challenged my idea of "what random really is." And I dunno, algorithms and algorerhythms.

I wonder if he's any relation?

As a crasser young man, I was not a fan of Tipper Gore. Now I'm a big fan of anything Gore.

The lack of an accompanying photo here is telling. It tells me she was ugly.

That essentially says she was so ugly her sister killed herself. If she was alright, her sister wouldn't have felt so bad. That's just a damn shame. I hate realiTV.

He even said "Quit a band, I quit a band, look at me on the internet, I quit a band, and kind of formed a new one."

I had to look up the Commando Deer photo again and noticed that it was from this website dedicated to Flat-tops (read the intro at the top, priceless) which is one of the many creepy pages under the main website. Oddly enough, this guy is not on there.
