One too many

Yes, three beers is too many when one is tall and you look in the mirror the next morning to see this looking back.

Acid House Kings have been around for awhile, but I just gave them a sincere listen last week. Early stuff is kinda meh, but post-2000 stuff is like a less Simon'n'Garfunkel-oriented Kings of Convenience. In a good way. I was going to say less beat-heavy, but that's only KoC's remix album. I'm also a fan of David-Crosby-lookin' Paul Simon.

This guy has a bunch of badass songs. Check out Rogue Wave "10:1" and "Publish my Love," skip frickin Babyshambles.

I have "publish my love" from somewhere else, pretty-pretty-pretty-pretty good.

Da Fork reviews the new Public Enemy today. As right as they may be, I'd still like to see the pale white guy reviewer tell Prof. Griff "his flow is broken."

Then there's Beatallica.

There is Beatallica. Their news sections mentions being stuck in traffic outside of Berlin because of a truck fire. Sounds like their bassist dodged a bullet!

Uh...

I hope a "See What the Bloggers are saying about Bull Semen" box pops up in that article soon.
Just us and some Tractor Supply discussion sites.

Have you seen any of these R Kelly things? I saw one over the weekend, they are horrific. I'm just glad The Wire has catapulted that guy's career so high that he's working with Steven Segal.

Yeah, I hesitated with that link.

I have indeed seen several of those R. Kelly things. It hurts to watch. But he's good people.

I just caught myself doing this.

Guess you were just blowin' right through naptime.

Ah, naptime, where's my carpet square.

I'm guessing this is not worth the creepy Slovenian bank tranfer for a bootleg dvd.

Someone on 930 asked where to get a good tattoo, "thatguy" responded with an extremely detailed post longer than his hooped earlobes about area places and which guys to talk to, my fav was "fatty's, dupont circle, dc. talk to fatty." It made me chuckle and wonder if fatty knows Chunky Jackson of the U Street Corridor.
